To reset your password, your Customer ID, User ID and Token Code are required. When you have finished, click the Submit button. Once verification is complete, you will be sent a One-Time Code to the email address you have on file.
Your credentials were not accepted either from an incorrect entry or an expired token code.
Your User ID is currently inactive. For assistance, please contact your CMOL Company Administrator. If you are the Administrator, please contact the Treasury Management Client Support team at 800-774-8179.
If you have forgotten your Customer ID, User ID or Token please contact your administrator. If additional assistance is required, BB&T Treasury Management Client Support team is available for support at 800-774-8179.
